Naylor Engineering, P.C. and it's predecessor forms have been offering training and continuing education services to Government Agencies, private sector clients and municipalities for over 20 years.  Past clients include the military (Tobyhanna Base), United States General Services Administration and The Town of Brookhaven as well as private sector entities.  When Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) statutes began being passed in various states, NEPC began offering live CPC / continuing education courses for state licensing credit in 2003.  Self Study / Web based Courses were introduced in 2007.
